1. What you buy
RapVideo sells one-time credit packs for an online AI video generator. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment, are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, and are used to generate videos. Videos are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped. Credit packs do not renew and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
2. When you can get a refund
- Unused pack: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided none of the credits from that pack have been used.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Service failure: if a technical problem on our side prevents you from generating videos and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the unused portion of your purchase.
Partly used packs are generally not refundable, because credits are consumed by real AI processing costs. We still review every request individually and in good faith, and may offer a partial refund or bonus credits where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
3. Failed generations
If a video fails to generate, or is blocked by our safety checks before it is produced, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance automatically. You can see these credit refunds in Personal center → Credit ledger. If credits were not returned, email contact@viralairapvideo.net with the task time and we will fix it.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@viralairapvideo.net from the address on your RapVideo account with the subject "Refund request", and include your order number or payment date and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued by Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, the credits from that purchase are removed from your account.
For payment, receipt or billing questions you can also contact Waffo directly at support@waffo.ai. As merchant of record, Waffo may also issue a refund where the law, card-network rules or this policy require it.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank; we can usually resolve it faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.
6. Abuse
We may refuse refunds where there is evidence of fraud, repeated refund requests, or violation of our Terms of Service or Content Policy.
