How credits work
- Credit packs are one-time payments in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
- Credits are added to your account right after payment and are valid for 12 months.
- With the current templates, a 10-second video uses 60 credits and a 15-second video uses 90 credits. The exact cost is always shown on the Generate button.
- Failed or blocked generations are refunded in credits automatically.
- Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Payments are processed by Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our merchant of record, and "Waffo" may appear on your card statement. We never store your card details.
Pricing FAQ
Is this a subscription?
No. Every credit pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, and you're only charged again if you choose to buy another pack.
How many videos can I make?
Starter covers about 1 ten-second video, Plus up to 3, and Pro up to 10. Longer templates use more credits; the exact cost is shown before you generate.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date you buy the pack.
What if a generation fails?
The credits for that generation go back to your balance automatically. You can see it in your credit ledger.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you haven't used any credits from the pack, within 7 days of purchase. Email contact@viralairapvideo.net with your order number.
