Content Policy

1. Purpose

RapVideo is built for fun, consensual, creative short videos. This policy explains what is not allowed. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. Consent comes first

• Upload only photos you own or have permission to use.
• Every identifiable person in a photo must be an adult who has agreed to appear in an AI video. You confirm this with a checkbox before each generation.
• Never upload photos of public figures, celebrities, influencers or politicians, even with a disclaimer or for parody.
• Do not upload photos of anyone you do not know personally, or make a video that shows a real person saying or doing something they did not.

3. Prohibited content

You must not upload, generate or share content that:

• Shows, involves or sexualises anyone under 18 in any way.
• Contains nudity, sexual acts or sexually suggestive material.
• Depicts real people without consent, or is designed to deceive (for example, fake news, fake endorsements, scams or political disinformation).
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, defames or humiliates a real person.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Shows graphic gore or cruelty to people or animals.
• Promotes illegal activity, weapons, drugs, gambling or other regulated goods.
• Infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, including uploading images you do not have rights to.
• Contains personal information of others such as ID documents, addresses or phone numbers.

4. Prohibited use of the platform

• Bypassing or testing our safety filters, credit limits or rate limits.
• Automated access, scraping, or reselling access to the Service.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits or promotions.
• Using the Service for identity verification fraud or to pretend to be someone else.
• Making videos of another person who has not agreed to it, including romantic, intimate, violent or humiliating scenes.

5. How we moderate

Our templates are fun, everyday scenes built around you and your friends. We do not offer templates that feature real celebrities or public figures, or that depict violence against, or intimate scenes with, a specific person. Uploads and text prompts are screened by automated content-safety systems before generation. Requests that fail these checks are blocked and the credits are returned. We may also review content manually when it is reported or flagged. Violations can lead to content removal, loss of credits, account suspension or a permanent ban, and we report child sexual abuse material and other illegal content to the relevant authorities.

6. Sharing your videos responsibly

Videos made with RapVideo are AI-generated. When you post them, follow the rules of the platform you post to, and label them as AI-generated where required. Do not present them as real footage.

7. Reporting content and IP complaints

If you see content made with RapVideo that violates this policy, or you believe your image or work has been used without permission, email contact@viralairapvideo.net with:

• Your name and contact details.
• A description of the content and where you found it (a link or screenshot).
• For intellectual-property claims: the work you own, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and act on urgent safety reports as quickly as possible.
